Would You Be Able To Assist Me In Applying For Medicaid?Absolutely! We would assist from A-Z.

How Do I Get Started?The first step would be to contact us, we would then provide you with your local health department's adult and aging division in order to set up an appointment for the in-person assessment.

What Happens Once I Am Approved?Once you are approved you would ask your local health department to provide us with the UAI, this can be faxed or emailed. We would begin services within 24-48 hours upon receival.
